ABA Clinical Supervisors bring their qualified expertise to the team by providing meaningful oversight for our ABA services. ABA Clinical supervisors bring expertise in behaviour, disabilities, and skill development to support our ABA clients to thrive in their daily lives and reach their goals.

With a minimum of a Master’s degree alongside registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO), our ABA Clinical Supervisors bring extensive knowledge, skills, and experience in supporting neurodivergent individuals within ABA intervention programs.

ABA Clinical Supervisors provide ongoing supervision of client programming and our team of Instructor Therapists to ensure the highest quality services possible.

- Maximum: 25-hours/week, Tuesday to Friday
- Supervising up to 100 direct ABA hours/week
- Starting Salary: $48/hour + Benefits + PTO + Professional Development

Success in this position requires:

- Minimum of a Master’s degree related to ABA
- Registered with CPBAO as autonomously practicing RBA,



Psychologist, or Psychological Associate
- Access to your own reliable vehicle
- A clear Criminal Record Check + Vulnerable Persons Sector
- A current CPR-C + First Aid certification
- At least 3 years experience supervising ABA programs
- At least 6 years experience in ABA-based autism programs
- One to be organized, punctual, and able to collaborate regularly with others.
- Access to reliable internet and video-conferencing technology
