Ideal candidates have a background in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or related fields, focusing on impactful support for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Your role will include implementing individualized treatment plans while promoting family involvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute ABA treatment plans to meet client needs
- Utilize evidence-based strategies for behavior improvement
- Monitor client progress through data collection
- Work collaboratively with families and other professionals
- Maintain an engaging and supportive therapy setting

Requirements:

- One year of experience in ABA therapy
- Relevant education in Child & Youth Care or similar
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Driver's Licence and vehicle accessibility
- Eligible to work in Ontario
