The Department of Medicine within the Faculty of Health Sciences at McMaster University, in partnership with Hamilton Health Sciences invites applications for an Academic Dermatologist. The successful candidate is expected to fully participate in all appropriate departmental and divisional educational activities. Additionally, the applicant should demonstrate strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, along with the drive to enhance both clinical and academic productivity within the Dermatology Division.

A dedication to education at all levels is critical, and interest in formal educational roles would be beneficial.

This is a full-time faculty position for a period of three years (renewable). Academic rank will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will play an active role in the Division of Dermatology's clinical, educational, and academic activities. This includes delivering high-quality specialized dermatologic care, teaching and mentoring learners at all levels, and participating in research and scholarly initiatives.

Applicants should be certified or eligible for certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the Province of Ontario.
