Love working with people? Thrive on deadlines? Get energized when a big event comes together and everything clicks? We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team and take the lead on an exciting portfolio of clients across the trade show, exhibit and live events industry.

This isn’t a “take orders and send emails” kind of role. You’ll be the person who brings the big picture together — building trusted client relationships, managing projects from concept to completion, coordinating internal teams and vendors, and making sure every detail is handled before the show floor opens. If you’re organized, commercially savvy, naturally proactive and genuinely enjoy making clients look good, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Own the Client Relationship

· Become the trusted day-to-day contact for your assigned clients.

· Get to know their business, goals, event programs and priorities.

· Turn client needs into smart, practical solutions.

· Keep communication proactive, professional and consistent.

· Build relationships that lead to long-term retention and account growth.

· Identify opportunities across exhibits, events, graphics, rentals, signage, I&D;, asset management and more.

· Manage warm leads and qualified opportunities from discovery through proposal and close.

Make the Projects Happen

· Manage multiple trade shows, exhibits and custom projects simultaneously.

· Coordinate Design, Production, Service, I&D;, Logistics, vendors and other partners.

· Make sure everyone has the information, approvals and deadlines they need.

· Coordinate freight, show services,

material handling, installation, dismantle, graphics, rentals and other event requirements.

· Anticipate problems before they become problems.

· Handle the unexpected with confidence and professionalism.

· Provide on-site support at trade shows, installations and events when required.

· Great Account Managers understand that great service and great business go hand in hand.

· Prepare and coordinate estimates, quotations and project budgets.

· Make sure project scope is clearly defined before pricing is presented.

· Monitor project costs, scope and profitability.

· Identify scope changes and communicate additional costs promptly.

· Obtain client approval before additional work proceeds.

· Review completed projects to ensure billing is accurate and nothing has been missed.

· Take ownership of the overall profitability of your accounts.

· You’ll be the bridge between the client and the teams making the work happen.

· Maintain accurate client, project, event, opportunity and inventory information.

· Keep artwork, approvals, scope changes and project documentation organized.

· Process portable display orders and coordinate artwork, proofs, ordering and delivery.

· Work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors and clients.

· Keep information flowing and responsibilities clear.

What Does Success Look Like?

ü Builds relationships clients don't want to lose.

ü Keeps complex projects organized and moving forward.

ü Communicates before someone has to ask.

ü Spots potential issues early and solves them.

ü Protects project profitability without compromising the client experience.

ü Finds opportunities to do more for clients — not just what they originally asked for.

ü Takes ownership from the first conversation right through to the final invoice.

What You Bring

· A confident and polished communicator.

· Comfortable managing multiple clients, projects and deadlines at the same time.

· Experienced with estimating, budgeting and project profitability.

· A strong problem solver who stays calm when things get busy.

· Comfortable working with clients, vendors and multiple internal departments.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning CRM, project management and event-management systems.
