You'll be helping us manage day-to-day accounting tasks and financial reporting to keep everything running smoothly. Handle daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts Track payroll data, employee reimbursements, and deductions Maintain organized digital records for audits and reporting At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) Understanding of basic accounting principles (debits, credits, journal entries) Experience with Canadian payroll or bookkeeping Remote | Monday-Friday Competitive monthly pay (depending on experience) Long-term, stable role in a growing company
