We are currently looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

- Data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Assisting with timely administration of Payroll, AP and AR processes
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Filing and organizing
- Reception

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable and payroll administration
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Knowledge of government payroll regulations
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel




- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
