Holman is looking for a Supervisor to join their Accounting Department in Vancouver, WA ! Own day-to-day execution against established service levels (SLAs), throughput targets, backlog goals, and quality expectations; monitor performance and take corrective action when metrics fall outside expectations. Monitor operational metrics including workload volume, SLA performance, throughput, quality indicators, backlog aging, and productivity trends.
Use data to drive staffing, coaching, prioritization, and escalation decisions. Oversee and review team output to ensure work is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable standards. Conduct regular reviews and quality checks of team deliverables to ensure completeness, consistency, and adherence to expectations.
Own and maintain process governance, including the development and ongoing enhancement of standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, and training materials. Serve as a subject matter expert and primary escalation point for complex issues, policy interpretation,
and exceptions requiring sound judgment. Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across processes and workflows.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to assess workload, optimize resources, and implement process improvements. Perform core supervisory responsibilities, including performance management, coaching and development, employee relations actions, and recognition efforts. Participate in talent acquisition activities, including interviewing and providing hiring recommendations.
Manage team operations, including scheduling, timecard review, attendance, and time-off approvals in alignment with company policies. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and strong customer service. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
