Lead the National Pricing Personal Lines team at Intact, driving strategy and analyzing market trends in a hybrid work model. This managerial role emphasizes coaching and technical guidance for optimal actuarial performance. As the Actuarial Manager at Intact, you will report directly to the Actuarial Director while overseeing your team's activities and ensuring alignment with strategic company goals.

Your responsibilities include formulating recommendations, managing team development, and providing essential technical advice. This position is central to enhancing product and service performance within the corporate framework. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze actuarial reports to formulate performance improvement recommendations
- Mentor and coach team members in their skilled growth




- Organize and control resource allocation for optimal efficiency
- Provide technical guidance for actuarial tasks and compliance
- Represent actuarial interests in cross-functional committees

Requirements:

- University degree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science
- Minimum of 7 years experience, including 2 in coaching roles
- Solid grasp of actuarial methodologies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bilingualism required for Quebec candidates
