Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Client Relationship & Delivery Manager to join our team. The role combines client relationship management with project and service coordination. You will work closely with clients, understand their business needs, manage expectations, make informed client-related decisions, and coordinate with internal teams and external providers.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact.

-Understand clients’ business models, needs, priorities, and potential.

-Take ownership of client-related matters and follow them through to resolution.

-Ensure clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams.

-Coordinate multiple client projects, priorities, and stakeholders.

-Support the delivery of payment regulatory and AML/CTF compliance services.

-Proactively identify and address issues, risks, blockers, and dependencies.

-Support and coordinate account-opening projects as needed, working with clients, financial institutions, and external service providers.

Who We’re Looking For

-Experience in Account Management, Project Management, Client Success, or another client-facing role.

-Strong ownership,

-Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

-Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

-Commercial awareness and the ability to balance client needs with company interests.

-Ability and willingness to quickly learn new services, processes, and regulatory requirements.

-Comfortable working in a small team with a high level of responsibility.

FinTech Knowledge — Strongly Preferred

Experience in FinTech, payments, banking, financial services, financial institution onboarding, or compliance is highly valued. Knowledge of the Canadian regulatory setting is a strong advantage, particularly FINTRAC, Bank of Canada, MSB/PSP requirements, AML/CTF compliance, banking, and payment providers. We don’t expect candidates to know everything from day one, but strong interest in the domain and the ability to learn quickly are essential.
