Your role will center on developing advanced probabilistic inference methods to enhance AI safety measures. We are seeking a dedicated ML Research Scientist to support our innovative AI safety research. This position demands expertise in statistical methods and a strong foundation in mathematical principles.

You'll engage with both theoretical modeling and practical implementation to push forward our mission of developing safe-by-design AI systems. A minimum of 3 years in deep learning research is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and refine amortized inference methods for complex distributions
- Conduct structure-learning in probabilistic graphical models




- Develop and implement evaluation strategies for inference
- Partner with mathematicians to explore inference and learning theory
- Deliver theoretical insights as executable code in Python

Requirements:

- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Mathematics (PhD preferred)
