Role Description The AI Solutions Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Calgary, AB, focused on helping consulting firms understand and adopt Shortlistor AI’s AEO and GEO solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients and prospects to assess their needs, demonstrating the platform, and providing strategic recommendations on how to improve their AI-driven visibility. The role involves collaborating with the sales team on presales activities, developing solution proposals, and supporting proof-of-concept engagements.

The AI Solutions Consultant will also manage small implementation projects,



gather client feedback, and work with product and technical teams to refine offerings. This position requires frequent client interaction, clear communication of complex concepts, and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, evaluating client performance, and generating actionable insights.
- Consulting experience, including client discovery, solution design, and advisory support for digital or AI-related initiatives.
- Presales and sales skills, with the ability to conduct product demos, develop proposals, and support deal closing activities.
- Project management skills to plan, coordinate, and track client implementations and optimization projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience with AI, digital marketing, SEO/AEO, or data-driven optimization tools is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
