Join LAZ Parking LAZ Parking is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Curb Management Officer to support curbside operations at Victoria International Airport. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, assisting travelers, and contributing to a safe and efficient airport setting.

As a Curb Management Officer, you will be one of the first and last people passengers encounter during their travel experience. You will help maintain smooth traffic flow, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with airport curbside regulations while creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

What You'll Do

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting travelers, answering questions, and resolving concerns professionally.
- Direct and manage vehicle traffic throughout terminal curbside and commercial loading areas.
- Enforce curbside parking regulations and time limits while supporting safe passenger drop-off and pick-up activities.
- Monitor commercial transportation services, including taxis, shuttles, buses, and limousines, to ensure compliance with airport policies.
- Conduct spot audits and report unauthorized or non-compliant commercial vehicle activity.
- Identify and report safety hazards, suspicious activity, and operational issues.
- Help maintain safe pedestrian access and clear walkways, particularly during peak travel periods.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with passengers, airport personnel, vendors, and transportation providers.
- Support parking, enforcement, auditing, and other airport operations teams as needed.

Qualifications

- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional, courteous, and confident when interacting with the public.




- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- This is a fully outdoor position requiring work in all weather conditions, including rain, wind, snow, heat, and cold temperatures.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods throughout the duration of a shift.
- Regular exposure to vehicle traffic, noise, and changing environmental conditions.
- Must be comfortable working in a busy airport setting with high levels of public interaction.
