Analyste d’affaires principal, Finance (D365 F&O;)
Responsabilités principales
- Animer des ateliers avec les parties prenantes, analyser les besoins, identifier les écarts avec le standard D365 et proposer des solutions ou des personnalisations pertinentes
- Paramétrer les modules financiers clés dans D365 F&O;, incluant : Grand livre (Ledger), Gestion bancaire, Paramétrage fiscal et Transactions intercompagnies
- Analyser et améliorer les processus financiers afin d’accroître l’efficacité, la précision et la conformité.
- Rédiger les documents fonctionnels (FDD / BRD), scripts de tests et supports de formation
- Piloter les phases de tests unitaires/UAT et de migration des données
- Participer à toutes les phases d’implémentation ERP (end-to-end), incluant la préparation au go-live, la validation et le support post-production
- Former les utilisateurs finaux et assurer un support continu pour garantir une adoption efficace de la solution
- Travailler étroitement avec les équipes techniques (développements, reporting) et assurer l’intégration avec les modules Supply Chain (SCM) et/ou Customer Engagement (CE)
Compétences et expertise requises
- Minimum 5 années d’expérience pratique en consultation D365 F&O; ou Dynamics AX (Finance)
- Excellente maîtrise des processus GL, AP, AR, Immobilisations, Budgétisation, Costing production et Reporting réglementaire
- Expérience en implémentation : Expérience démontrée sur des projets d’implémentation ERP complets (full lifecycle)
- Connaissance de Lifecycle Services (LCS), Data Management Framework, Power BI (reporting financier) et Electronic Reporting
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse, résolution de problèmes et communication avec les clients
- Certification Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant est considérée comme un atout significant
