- Perform repairs on various appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and dishwasher units with precision and care.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to disassemble, assemble, replace parts, and calibrate appliances for optimal performance.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain repair processes, answer questions, and provide maintenance advice for long-term appliance health.
- Maintain accurate service records, including detailed reports of diagnostics performed and repairs completed.




- Follow safety protocols diligently during all repair procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Keep work areas clean and organized while managing inventory of parts and tools necessary for productive service delivery.

Qualifications

- Proven electrical experience with the ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to appliance components and systems.
- Hands-on experience in appliance repair or related technical fields; familiarity with assembly processes is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively using schematics, diagnostic tools, and mechanical expertise.
