You’ll work with clients through virtual appointments, helping them understand information, complete necessary forms, and move confidently through the process.
Your Responsibilities Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings Listen to questions and understand individual needs Provide clear information about available benefits Explain processes and next steps Assist with digital applications and documentation Respond to client questions Complete necessary follow-up Organize client records and appointment information Participate in training and coaching Skills That Will Help You Succeed Clear verbal communication Robust listening skills Professional attitude Good organization and time management Comfortable working with technology Ability to manage responsibilities without constant supervision Willingness to learn Positive response to feedback and coaching Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administration, sales, or other people-focused environments can be helpful but is not required.
