Duties

- Assist experienced technicians with tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs.
- Perform oil changes and fluid top-offs following manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during service procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.




- Interact professionally with customers to answer questions about services and recommend additional maintenance when appropriate.
- Support inventory management by organizing parts and supplies needed for daily tasks.

Qualifications

- Dealership or automotive repair experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with automotive systems is preferred.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely during tire installations or other service tasks.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools in a maintenance or repair setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn about automotive repair processes and safety procedures.
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
