About The Role The Archiving assistant will be responsible for maintaining the archives and for providing support.
What You'll Do Here
- Responsible for making copies and scanning various documents.
- Clerical duties for the Archivist.
- Preparation for inspections, including unarchiving of material.
- Updating databases.
- Paper Archiving.
- Regular manipulation of archiving storage containers.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- DES completed or higher-level degree in a Secretarial or related field.
- Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
- Adequate knowledge of a regulated environment (e.g., GLP, GCP)
- Excellent communication skill in French and English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sense of Urgency.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to remain calm and discreet under pressure.
- Must be able to lift to 40 lbs. on a daily basis
- Positive knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Office is required.
