Van Jon Paving is looking to hire one employee to their team for the rest of the season in 2026.

We are looking for someone to perform Asphalt Finishing.

This position is a construction job, and you will be expected to work outdoors in all types of weather.

Experience working in asphalt paving is required.

You will be expected to perform hand tamping, plate tamping and operation of rubber tire and/or steel drum rollers to bring our asphalt projects to their final finish

We are looking for someone who can help finish the current season off with expectations of full time next season.

Wages will be based on experience with clothing allowance and benefits after 3 months.

Pay: From $36.00 per hour
