We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations during the Afternoon and Evening shifts. Duties

- Supervise food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met consistently
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during afternoon and evening hours, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage team members through interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance coaching to build a motivated and effective staff
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere
- Operate POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Enforce food safety protocols and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations




- Lead by example in food industry best practices, including kitchen management, food presentation, and hospitality excellence

Experience

- Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or restaurant industry
- Extensive food preparation, cooking, and food handling experience across various restaurant settings
- Familiarity with POS systems or similar platforms for sales transactions
- Background in restaurant management with a focus on customer service excellence and operational efficiency
- Experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or bars is advantageous
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
- Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen operations, bartending or barista experience is a plus
