Job Type: Part-time (8 to 20+ hours/week)

Shifts: Flexible hours between 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays)

What You Will Do
- Motivate & Lead: Assist with or lead energetic martial arts classes for kids, teens, and adults.
- Be a Role Model: Bring an upbeat, kind, and encouraging attitude to every single class.
- Support the Team: Collaborate with senior instructors,



follow lesson plans, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Who We Are Looking For
- Natural Leaders: You are confident speaking in front of groups and know how to keep kids engaged.
- Positive Energy: You are naturally happy, respectful, and passionate about helping others succeed.
- Local Resident: You currently live in the Nanaimo area and have reliable transportation for afternoon/evening shifts.
- Transferable Backgrounds (Asset): We love candidates with experience in fitness gyms (CrossFit, Bootcamp, Zumba, Pilates, Kickboxing) or backgrounds as student-athletes, gymnasts, and dancers.

Job Requirements
- Must pass a clean Criminal Record Check (Working with Vulnerable Sector).
- Must be available to work within the 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM time block.
