We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assisted Stretch Practitioner / Kinesiologist to join our team and deliver personalized, one-on-one mobility sessions. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in movement, anatomy, and rehabilitation to help clients improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance overall mobility. Your energetic approach will motivate clients to achieve their wellness goals through tailored stretching techniques and movement assessments.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ movement patterns, flexibility, and muscular imbalances to develop personalized mobility plans
- Deliver safe, effective assisted stretching sessions that target specific muscle groups and joint mobility issues
- Educate clients on proper movement techniques, posture correction, and self-care strategies to promote long-term wellness
- Maintain detailed records of each session, including progress notes and customized recommendations
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide motivational support
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and program development
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality
Experience
- Previous experience as a Kinesiologist, Certified Assisted Stretch Practitioner, or similar role in movement therapy or rehabilitation
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively educate and motivate clients of diverse backgrounds
- Experience working with clients who have specific mobility limitations or injury histories is preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team mindset
- Certification in kinesiology or related health sciences is highly desirable
