The College is now seeking an exceptional leader to guide the school through its next phase of growth and impact.

Positioned at the intersection of advanced technology, applied research, workforce development, and industry partnership, the school delivers a diverse portfolio of programs spanning Aircraft Maintenance, Commercial Flight, Computer Science, Network and Systems Administration, Cybersecurity, Autonomous Systems, Data Analytics, and related disciplines. The successful candidate will champion interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation while fostering excellence in teaching, learning, student success, and industry engagement.

Reporting to the Dean, the Associate Dean provides broad academic leadership to the diverse programs within the Norton Wolf School of Aerospace, Information, and Defence Technologies and ensures the objectives of the School's programs are attained through effective supervision of teaching and learning processes.

The Associate

Dean facilitates the ongoing review of existing programs and the development of new programs to reflect changing market conditions, technological advances, workforce requirements, and emerging industry needs in aerospace, aviation, information technology, cybersecurity, defence, and related sectors, in alignment with the College's strategic plan.

The Associate Dean conducts investigations of complaints from students and staff and initiates appropriate problem-solving processes. The Associate Dean establishes positive relationships with industry, government, professional associations, and community stakeholders and participates in the College's student recruitme
