What is the opportunity?

Sales Engineering is a multi-disciplinary role focused on business advisory & technological consulting, due diligence, and process engineering. We are focused on bringing the best RBCIS solutions to clients, managing around a highly matrixed group of business development, relationship managers, solution architects, business subject matter experts and technologists who bring our clients a deep bench of industry & technical experience.

What will you do?

- As part of the Business Development team you will collaborate with RBCIS Business Development and Relationship Management professionals to help build and execute on a pipeline of large revenue, high-impact enterprise deals using our platform capabilities.
- Foster growth in RBCIS’ sales pipeline by building individual relationships with Business Development and Relationship Management team to identify opportunities
- Coordinate and act as a client-facing subject matter expert, showcasing RBCIS’ full suite of solutions and demonstrating how clients can leverage our services at an enterprise scale to meet their needs / solve their challenges.
- Engage at all levels with both clients and RBCIS to help coordinate and drive delivery of the best solutions RBCIS and RBC can offer to clients.
- Collaborate with RBCIS Business Development and Relationship Management teams to:
- Help manage the entire sales process, prepare agendas assist, and document discovery sessions to gather client requirements
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of solutions in collaboration with RBCIS Client Solutions
- Coordinate, assist and/or deliver product capability demonstrations and; ensure that the transition of any recent sales opportunity to Onboarding is smooth and well documented

What do you need to succeed? Must-have:

- 3-5+ years of proven experience in a client-facing role, including previous sales, pre-sales, sales engineering, or strategic consulting experience, within financial services, fintech, or market data firms/consultancies.
- Prior experience with asset servicing, technology, either through work experience or education (such as a degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, or similar).
- Broad understanding and ability to learn RBCIS service/product suite, including applications, content, technology, services,



and workflow solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong ability to interpret client requirements and match them with RBCIS’ diverse range of offerings.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements and projects simultaneously.
- Curiosity and a passion for staying current on asset servicing, technology and financial industry trends.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments)



will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.

Pay Range The expected pay range for this position is:

$90,000.00 - $140,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location.
