Field-based As an Associate Sales Representative Extremities, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker's products to meet our customers’ needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal.
You are directly responsible for the promotion and sale of Stryker products. You will direct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings. You will solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
You will manage and maintain a sample inventory of products. You have the necessary authority to execute above mentioned job responsibilities, and will have authority to carry out specific responsibilities defined by quality system documents. You have authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities. 1+ years of sales or clinical experience 1+ years of experience as an Associate Sales Representative for a Medical Device company strongly preferred. ~ Must be able to travel (ground and air)
to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations.

Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility.
Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor. #
