Step Into a Caseload — Quick
We are a busy, established physiotherapy clinic (41 years) with more patient demand than our current team of physiotherapists can handle.
We are hiring an experienced Athletic Therapist to take on immediate overflow patients, build a strong independent caseload, and work in a high-functioning, team-based clinic.
What You’ll Treat
- Musculoskeletal injuries (acute and chronic)
- Sports injuries
- Concussions and post-concussion
What You’ll Do
- Assess and treat patients independently
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide exercise prescription and progression
- Deliver hands-on care
- Educate patients on recovery and prevention
- Educate patients and colleagues on Athletic Therapy
- Build and manage your own caseload
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and support staff
What You’ll Get

Who You Are
- Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C))
- Member in good standing with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association
- 2+ years experience (private practice or sport setting preferred)
- Confident treating independently
- Comfortable with musculoskeletal and concussion care
- Motivated to build and grow your own caseload
- Strong communicator with a patient-centered approach
- Loves connecting with people
- Enjoys working with all ages and demographics ("Athletic Therapy is for Everyone").
- Prefers either all in-clinic work, or some in-clinic work to complement your existing work in the field.

Not the Right Fit If You
- Require significant athletic therapy mentorship (new graduates)
- Prefer a fully pre-built caseload without contributing to growth
- Require a large, fully equipped gym with extensive fitness equipment for high-end athletes (our clinic has a well-equipped rehab-focused gym, with bikes, a treadmill, weights, and a wide range of fitness accessories)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
