Location: Quispamsis, New Brunswick

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Eligibility: Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or individuals with a valid Canadian work permit.

About the opportunity

This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that provides on-the-job training and opportunities to learn and advance within the company. No previous insulation experience is required.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist insulation installers with residential projects
- Carry and move insulation materials and equipment
- Help set up and prepare job sites
- Prepare attics and work areas for insulation installation
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment




- Follow all company safety procedures
- Support installers with various tasks throughout the workday

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience is an asset
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in attics and confined spaces
- Physically able to lift materials and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver’s licence is required.
