Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audio-Visual Support Engineer to deploy, administer, and support enterprise meeting-room and collaboration technologies. This position is responsible for maintaining reliable, high-quality conferencing environments and providing technical support for Zoom Rooms, audio-visual equipment, digital signage, and related collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, test, and support Zoom Rooms and enterprise video-conferencing systems.

- Deploy and maintain displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, control systems, and other AV equipment.

- Monitor meeting-room technology and proactively address equipment or service issues.

- Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, software, and hardware problems.

- Provide onsite technical assistance for meetings, presentations, and executive events.

- Perform preventive maintenance and routine health checks on AV systems.

- Manage equipment inventory, replacements, warranties, and lifecycle activities.

- Coordinate installations and repairs with vendors, facilities teams, network teams, and other stakeholders.

- Document room configurations, support procedures, incidents, and resolutions.

- Track recurring problems and recommend improvements to meeting-room reliability and user experience.

- Support voice and collaboration technologies as required.

- Ensure systems comply with organizational security and technology standards.





Required Qualifications:

- Experience supporting enterprise audio-visual and video-conferencing environments.

- Hands-on knowledge of Zoom Rooms and meeting-room technologies.

- Experience installing and troubleshooting AV hardware, peripherals, and cabling.

- Understanding of network connectivity and its impact on audio and video services.

- Robust troubleshooting and incident-management skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in an onsite corporate environment.

- Availability to provide occasional support outside regular business hours for important meetings or events.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms or similar collaboration platforms.

- Familiarity with digital-signage platforms and AV monitoring solutions.

- Experience supporting executive conference rooms and large meeting spaces.

- Relevant AV, Zoom, Microsoft, or IT service-management certifications.

Pay: $11,700.00-$12,200.00 per month
