Our group currently operates six automotive service locations across the Greater Vancouver Area, offering a full range of services including collision repair, mechanical service, glass repair, and towing. With a skilled team and years of industry experience, we provide high-quality, one-stop automotive solutions for our clients.

Auto Sense Collision Ltd. is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Auto Body Shop Estimator to join our growing team.

The Estimator will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, communicating with customers and insurance companies, and coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of collision damage.
- Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
- Identify required parts, labor, materials, and repair procedures.
- Take and document detailed photographs of vehicle damage.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repair procedures, timelines, and costs.
- Work closely with insurance companies, adjusters, technicians, and parts suppliers.
- Negotiate and obtain authorization for repair work when required.
- Monitor repair progress and update estimates when additional damage is discovered.
- Ensure estimates and repair orders are accurate and properly documented.




- Coordinate with the production team to help ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, and suppliers.
- Follow company procedures, manufacturer repair standards, and applicable safety requirements.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Estimator / Collision Estimator.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, vehicle construction, parts, and labor requirements.
- Experience preparing estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
- Knowledge of insurance claims and collision repair procedures is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple repair files and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technicians, customers, insurance adjusters, and suppliers.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
- I-CAR, OEM, or other relevant industry training is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
