- Respond to client emergencies and assist with claims
- Process transactions using EPIC and other systems

Requirements:

- Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced setting
- A Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence or commitment to obtain it
