Your area of focus.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the professional installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass across a wide range of vehicles, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and demonstrated experience in automotive repair, with a commitment to ensuring that all glass installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Install, repair, and replace a variety of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
- Safely and effectively operate power and hand tools to complete glass installations.
- Carefully inspect damaged glass to determine the appropriate repair or replacement required.




- Ensure all glass is properly fitted and sealed to help maintain the vehicle’s safety and structural integrity.
- Work closely with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe while consistently following all required safety procedures.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns related to automotive glass services.

What are the must-haves…

- High school diploma or GED
- Interest in automotive industry, and knowledgeable about vehicles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Must be dependable, reliable, possess a robust attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and using power tools and hand-held equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- You must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Compensation The expected range of compensation for this position is $24 – $33 Hourly — Flat Rate. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
