Introduction

Our client is seeking an experienced engineer to support a large-scale Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) transformation program for a major Canadian financial institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and supporting Amazon Connect solutions within enterprise AWS environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5 years of software or cloud engineering experience.
- 3 years of hands-on Amazon Connect implementation experience.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise contact centre solutions.
- Strong AWS cloud development experience.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Design, configure,



and implement Amazon Connect solutions.
- Build and maintain Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles, Hours of Operation, and Quick Connects.

- Develop and support IVR solutions using Amazon Connect.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with enterprise applications using AWS services and APIs.
- Develop cloud-native integrations leveraging AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, and related services.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support contact centre modernization and migration initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design reviews.
- Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
