Role: AWS Architect

Location: Halifax, NS (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

- AWS Architecture —
- Design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud solutions using EC2, Lambda, SSM, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and related services.
- Infrastructure Automation —
- Build and maintain IaC using Terraform with reusable modules, state management, and CI/CD integration.
- Configuration &
- Systems Management —
- Implement automated patching, configuration, and remote management using AWS SSM.
- Version Control —
- Manage code repositories, branching strategies, and release workflows using Git.
- OS Administration —
- Perform system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Windows and Unix platforms.
- Security &
- Compliance —
- Implement cloud security controls, network segmentation, encryption, and compliance standards.
- Monitoring &
- Optimization —
- Set up observability dashboards, alerts, and performance tuning for cloud workloads.

Compensation: We are offering between $110,000 – $120,000.
