AZ Driver – Full-Time (Permanent)

Velcan Forest Products is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused full-time AZ Licensed Driver to join our team. This is a permanent Monday–Friday day-shift position with a dedicated truck and home every night.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Report any defects or safety concerns promptly to the maintenance department
- Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date electronic logbook
- Ensure all loads are secured safely and in compliance with MTO regulations
- Keep assigned vehicle clean (cleaning supplies provided)
- Complete daily scheduled deliveries and pick-ups
- Obtain required customer signatures on packing slips and submit to dispatch daily
- Take pictures of delivery by using the Delivery APP.
- Offload materials safely on sites
- Operate a Moffett as required

Qualifications
- Valid AZ License
- Clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR (within last 30 days)
- Strong safety awareness
- Knowledge of MTO regulations, WHMIS, and the OHS Act
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Solid communication skills; able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
- Physically capable of hand-bombing materials when required
- Minimum 3 year of driving experience
- Moffett operation required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
