Custom Concrete is seeking experienced Fuel Driver to work out of operations division.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Loading then subsequently delivering fuel products to customer residences or businesses in a secure and efficient manner.
- Visually inspect customer tanks to ensure they are in sufficient condition to hold and store product being delivered.
- Performing pre-checks procedures on tanks prior to offloading the product to consumers
- Report concerns and/or needed repairs regarding customer and company fuel tanks to Fuel Dispatcher.
- Be aware and knowledgeable of delivery site specific safety regulations and abide by all regulations instilled.
- Perform all required company and regulatory vehicle inspections prior to and following each assigned shift.
- Prepare and distribute required vehicle inspection forms in accordance with company and MTO requirements.
- Preserve a safe work setting by maintaining equipment in a clean and orderly manner and in good mechanical condition.

Qualifications





- Must have a valid DZ driver's license with at least three years of truck driving experience and a clean Driver's Abstract and CVOR
- Understanding of the Highway Traffic Act and Municipalities By laws
- Ability to operate various transmissions
- Mechanical aptitude a definite asset
- Excellent hearing and visual concentration skills
- TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) considered an asset
- Must be physically fit, able to lift 50lbs

Working Conditions Qualified applicants must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, and be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Long hours may be required during the busy season; which may include weekends and holidays.
