Now with a NEW location in Waterdown, Ontario, we are looking to hire for all BOH positions!

Full-time, Year-round - Positions being hired to include:

· Kitchen Supervisor

· Cooks

· Line Cooks

· Prep Cooks, Dishwashers

Ideal candidates

· Have experience in the restaurant and/or hospitality industry

· Be flexible in open hours of availability

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to think on their feet

· Have a positive, motivated and enthusiastic approach to their role

· Be an exceptional communicator, with a great attitude and outgoing personality

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations to ensure a safe, efficient kitchen environment
- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and uphold high standards of food service
