We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Locum General Radiographer to join our team in Oxford for a 12-month assignment. Key Responsibilities
As a Locum General Radiographer, you will perform a variety of general radiographic procedures to support the diagnosis and treatment of patients. You will operate advanced imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality image capture, and adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the efficient functioning of the radiology department, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
Requirements
- -HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
- -Proven experience in general diagnostic radiography, ideally at Band 6 level.
- -Proficiency in operating modern radiographic equipment.
- -Strong knowledge of radiation protection and health and safety regulations.
- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- -Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- -Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- -Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a busy healthcare setting.
