Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to enhance their experience
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately according to event specifications
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain hygiene and quality
- Replenish supplies, explicit tables promptly, and manage side stations during events
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery
- Address guest inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service throughout the event
- Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring cleanliness and organization before and after events
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper serving techniques
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
