Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with attention to detail and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly,
taking orders promptly, and responding to inquiries professionally
Experience
- Previous barista experience or food industry background is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability in serving customers with a friendly attitude and strong communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
