About Us
We are a local, family-owned coffee shop with more than 30 years of history in the community.
We are a small, cozy café with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our customers range from longtime senior regulars to young adults, families, parents with babies, and everyone in between.
Our goal is simple: serve great coffee while creating a friendly place where people feel welcome and remembered.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a small team that cares about our customers and our community.

Requirements
- Must be available to work Sundays and Mondays
- Must be able to work at least one weekday (any time) + Sunday
- Must be responsible and dependable
- Must communicate politely and respectfully with customers and coworkers
- Must follow workplace rules, recipes, procedures, and policies
- Must be comfortable working both independently and with a team
- Must be willing to help with cleaning, restocking, and other café duties
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- FoodSafe certification
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous café or barista experience
Barista experience is not required if you have the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Schedule
Our shifts are generally between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM, with a rotation of morning, afternoon, and closing shifts.
Typical shifts
- Morning: starts at 7:30 AM
- Afternoon: starts around 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Closing: starts around 2:00–3:00 PM
Your schedule may include a combination of morning, afternoon, and closing shifts depending on business needs and your availability.
Wage
$18.25–$20.00/hour + tips
Starting wage will depend on experience and qualifications.
There is also potential for a wage increase based on work performance, reliability, and growth with the team.
