Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Assist in food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, baked goods, and other menu items

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all food items
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or familiarity with serving beverages in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Experience in the food industry or food service is highly desirable
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and customer interactions
