Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring smooth transactions
- Serve food items confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and maintain cleanliness
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk comfortably around the workspace, and lift moderate loads as needed
- Familiarity with Micros POS or similar cash register systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided
