Royal Canadian Legion Branch 168 is looking for a full-time Bartender to join our team in Iqaluit, NU.

Bartender Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve customers.

- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.

- Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promote an excellent customer experience.

- Take food and drink orders.

- Maintain bar area, stock shelves, bar equipment, clean and sanitize all equipment.

- Check stock to ensure it is adequate.

- Check stock to ensure it is in valuable condition and make any necessary repairs.

- Check all bottles to ensure they are in good condition, fill any gaps or empty into the keg or keg cooler.

- Prepare kegs for the bar to fill when needed.

- Keep the bar area clean and sanitized at all times.

- Keep workstations clean, sanitized, stocked,



and presentable at all times.

- Follow opening and closing procedures for both bar and restaurant.

Experience

- Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.

- Experience in a bar or other beverage establishment preferred.

- You must be able to communicate effectively with customers and fellow staff members.
