What You’ll Do

- Keep restrooms immaculate, sanitized, dry, and fully stocked with paper products, soaps, and hand towels at all times.
- Provide guest amenities (such as mints, gum, cologne/perfume, hair accessories, and lotion)



with a welcoming, polite attitude.
- Monitor restroom areas continuously to prevent slip hazards, quickly clear trash, and ensure facilities remain clean during high-volume hours.
- Assist guests politely and discreetly, offering help when needed and contacting security or medical staff if a guest requires aid.
- Maintain a neat, organized attendant counter.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or facilities management services preferred.
- Exceptional cleanliness standards, robust attention to detail, and a positive personality.
- Ability to stay on your feet for full shifts in a high-volume, late-night setting.
- Flexible availability, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
