- Process all North American corporate action events
- Collaborate with teams to facilitate smooth operations
- Conduct risk assessments and implement recommendations
- Maintain controls and review processes quarterly
- Contribute to departmental projects and integrations

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years in asset servicing, including corporate actions
- Solid understanding of voluntary election arbitrage
- 3+ years within a broker-dealer or bank environment
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and related systems
- Ability to handle high volumes and tight deadlines
