Body Co Health & Wellness - Busy West Toronto Clinic
Description
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Part-Time, The Junction, Toronto
Body Co Health & Wellness is hiring a part-time Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to join one of Toronto's most established multidisciplinary clinics. This is a chance to practice with a genuinely collaborative, evidence-based team in a high-visibility, street-front location, treating a client base focused on prenatal, paediatric, and high-performance women's health.
About Body Co
- The largest clinic in the Junction neighbourhood, with a 15,000+ client history
- A team of 16 practitioners spanning physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, osteopathy, social work and movement coaching, many with specialized post-graduate training and years of experience across pelvic health, sport medicine and paediatric care
- Every treatment plan is grounded in current evidence and a high-performance lens, whether the client is a competitive athlete or a new mother returning to exercise
- A 4.9-star Google rating, 85%+ client retention, and every inquiry answered within 24 hours by our dedicated admin team
- A client base focused on prenatal, postpartum, paediatric, and family health, with a specialty in high-performance women's health
- Street-front, high-traffic location in one of Toronto's busiest and most affluent neighbourhoods
- A culture built on collaboration and evidence-informed care, practiced daily through hallway consults and cross-referrals, not just stated in a values deck
The Role
- Approximately 16 hours per week to start
- Evening and Saturday availability considered an asset
- Schedule built around shared clinic space and your availability
- Real potential to grow beyond 16 hours per week once you're sustaining 90%+ caseload capacity over a consistent three-month period, alongside strong client retention
- Caseload weighted toward our specialty populations: prenatal and postpartum clients, paediatric cases (feeding and latch issues, torticollis, plagiocephaly) and general orthopaedic and chronic pain cases
- Access to our monthly practitioner development hours (details below)
What We're Looking For
- An Active member in positive standing with the OAO
- Newly registered practitioners are welcome to apply, particularly strong culture fits
- Independent clinical experience is an asset, especially with prenatal, paediatric or chronic pain populations
- A collaborative mindset.
This role suits practitioners who consult with colleagues and contribute to a team-based clinic, not those who prefer to work in isolation
What We Offer
- Monthly practitioner development hours, including:
- case studies in a multidisciplinary environment
- direct access to a discipline-specific mentor
- individual case reviews
- business networking events and training
- A collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where cross-referrals and case consults happen daily
- Real caseload variety across prenatal, paediatric and general populations, without spending years building that mix on your own
How To Apply If interested, please send your resume and a short note directly to
[email protected]. We'd love to hear from you. https://www.bodycotoronto.com/
