Responsibilities

- Diagnose vehicle damages accurately and determine the necessary repairs with enthusiasm and precision
- Perform body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, frame straightening, and refinishing to meet high-quality standards
- Use specialized tools and equipment safely to restore vehicles efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and communicate progress clearly to supervisors and customers
- Follow safety protocols diligently to create a secure work environment for everyone involved




- Inspect completed work thoroughly to ensure it meets quality standards before returning vehicles to customers

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role within the automotive repair industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structures, body repair techniques, and refinishing processes
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized repair equipment
- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and repair orders accurately
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
- Certifications such as I-CAR or ASE are highly desirable but not mandatory
