Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our local branch. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive the success of our security services. As a Branch Manager, you will be the key leader responsible for maintaining operational excellence, fostering team development, and ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Report to the Director of Operations and keeps them informed on all matters pertaining to Corps business.
- Ensures all tasking sheets are completed with appropriate information.
- Manage existing contracts and ensuring that they comply with the ISO Quality Procedure Manual.
- Review and ensure post orders are updated.




- Conduct Client and Site visits.
- Interview and hire staff for various sites within Prince Albert.
- Ensure personnel have received the proper training and that they are suitably posted.
- Responsible to deal with minor staff disciplinary issues with the assistance of Human Resources.
- Ensure proper training of personnel assigned to sites.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned, by the Director of Operations.

Experience

- Solid supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong Computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of all applicable legislation (Employment, OH&S;, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task.
