About the Role:
The Brick Associate, Visual Merchandising plays a critical role in enhancing the in-store customer experience by creating visually appealing and strategically designed merchandise displays. This position is responsible for translating brand guidelines and marketing strategies into compelling visual presentations that drive sales and promote product awareness. The role requires collaboration with store management and marketing teams to ensure displays are timely, relevant, and aligned with promotional campaigns.
The associate will regularly assess and refresh visual layouts to maintain a dynamic and engaging shopping environment. Ultimately, this position contributes to the overall success of the store by attracting customers and encouraging product interaction through effective visual storytelling.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Assist in training store staff on visual merchandising principles and best practices to maintain consistency.

- Support promotional events by creating themed displays and signage that enhance customer engagement.
