We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and creative Breakfast & Lunch Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their food, and loves coming up with creative breakfast specials and homemade soups.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Start your shift at 6:30 AM and independently prepare the kitchen for service.
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items to customer requests.
- Work the grill, flat top, deep fryer, Rational Combi oven, and other kitchen equipment.
- Prepare breakfast and lunch items for banquets and special functions.
- Prepare a daily soup.
- Follow established recipes while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Complete daily prep and create prep/order lists as required.
- Assist with basic baking and other kitchen preparation.
- Take and record hot and cold food temperatures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen throughout the shift.
- Clean and maintain equipment according to the kitchen cleaning schedule.




- Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures.

What We’re Looking For
- Food Safety certification required.
- Must be available to start shifts at 6:30 AM.
- Previous Line Cook experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Strong breakfast cooking skills and a good understanding of eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, and other breakfast staples.
- A creative approach to breakfast specials and soups.
- Basic baking knowledge.
- Experience with a Rational Combi oven is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
- Pride in cleanliness, food quality, and presentation.
