Rebellion Brewing is hiring a full-time Brewery Assistant.

You’ll be helping wherever the brewery needs you most—production, deliveries, events, cleaning, maintenance, and general brewery operations.

No two days are the same. Some days you’re packaging beer. Some days you’re making deliveries around the city. Some days you’re setting up an event, moving kegs, cleaning equipment, or tackling whatever needs to get done around the brewery.

We’ll provide job training with a focus on safety, quality, and following our standard operating procedures.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in brewery production, including packaging cans and kegs, cleaning, and material handling
- Deliver beer to accounts, including loading and unloading product
- Set up, tear down, and work offsite events, festivals, and pop-ups
- Clean and maintain our indoor and outdoor spaces
- Assist with basic maintenance, organization, and general upkeep
- Help other departments when extra hands are needed
- Follow established safety, quality, and operating procedures

What This Job Actually Looks Like

- A little bit of everything—early mornings, occasional evenings and weekends, and sometimes long days
- Lifting and moving kegs, cases, malt bags, event equipment, and other heavy items
- Standing and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Working indoors and outdoors in heat, cold, wind, etc
- Rapid-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
- A lot of cleaning. Seriously.

Requirements

- Must be 19+ to work for a brewery in Saskatchewan
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy objects regularly
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive physical tasks for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Steel toe boots required

Bonus Points

- Experience in brewing, production, warehousing, deliveries, events, or hospitality
- Brewing education or training
- Saskatchewan Serve It Right
- Forklift experience
- Comfortable driving a delivery van/truck

Compensation & Schedule

- Starting wage: $19/hour
- Full-time, permanent position
- Typically 40 hours per week
- Regular brewery production shifts are generally 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, but hours may vary for deliveries, events, and other operational needs
- Opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement
